I go to the gym and I see everyone doing the same thing. All want the same thing which in my opinion is STUPID!!!! If we were suppose to look the same we would!!! Why would I want to look like you and perform like you when I can be better at least in some aspects. I train myself to better than...

Uhm, I was checking out what kind of exercises Bruce Lee did, and came across the dragon flags. At one stage I was doing them at home when I couldn't get to gym... managed to get to about 5 or so reps per set.
They're really hard!
