Ouch. Left shoulder ligament problem. Going to try acupuncture today, otherwise I'm off shoulder days for awhile. Any suggestions?

We went to the Las Vegas Classic show. The BBing parts were great, but fitness girls looked like they'd never seen a weight!!

I've been in Vegas for less than a week and have only done cardio a couple times. Too much fun here I guess. Off 2 the gym for an hr on bike

Arm day. I barely recognize my arms, they are getting big and definition is beginning. Yay!

Guess I'm heading back to Vegas for the next couple of months. That's good bc the gym up there is designed more for BBing than the one in OC

What a great last 2 days in the gym. Yesterday was chest day. Changed it up a lot & really can tell the dif. Today - back day. Same thing!

How nice to have a day off. Weird, but nice. The only exercise I did today was take my dog for a 2 mile walk..... slowly!

Leg day was awesome! Adding more carbs back into my diet seemed to really help.

Body Fat @ 32%. Ugh. Lots of work ahead of me, but that's ok cuz it's coming off fast. Today is leg day!

Went to Chiro and had a massage. Shoulder still weird tho. Arm day tomorrow.

Had to stick to just cardio again today. My left shoulder freaked out during my 1st shoulder exercise. Not sure what's up.

WOW. A little over a month and I've lost 10lbs of fat, increased my weights almost back to my max and have totally transformed my shape.

I've been back for a little over a week and am so happy about it. Today is Sunday and my first day off. It feels odd to not go to the gym!
