I really haven't been working out much for the past 10 years. After high school, I decided that academics were more important than sports, so I didn't play any sports in college. Football was my reason for lifting weights, so I basically quit. When I did workout, I just did upper body exercises and maybe a couple sets of leg presses.
I stumbled upon this website and, after I read a couple of articles, I realized that I was in the best shape of my life when I was squating, deadlifting, and benching heavy weight in high school. Now I'm focusing on multijoint lifts with big weights and I'm seeing results. I'm not quite as strong as I was 10 years ago, but it's coming...
