Back in paradise, back with my kids and now I got to really put this getting in shape thing and concentrate on results! I am back with 3RD Marines and most important I back with my kids! So it very important that I drop about 20 to 25lbs or at least get rid of this belly! Wish me luck and...

Congrats on the improved PT scores! That's a heck of an accomplishment, shaving 37 seconds off your run and upping the pushups like that!
