How I Started:
I had been working a lot and fast food was 90% of my diet with beer being the last ten percent and decided i wanted to change. At first i just wanted to get back in shape and lose some fat while gaining some muscle but that is not how it went down. I started going to the gym and fell in love with the feeling that lifting weights gave me. Ive been lifting ever since and working out is my favorite thing to do.

Its not that hard for me, i actually go crazy if i skip a work out. Ive actually quit a job because they weren't giving me time to get to the gym and get a full nights sleep in.
