Hey whats up Josh? Im doing great. Im about to put out some new videos and new progress pic in a few weeks. Just fine tuning the abs. Im down to 158 lbs, 30" waist and 10% bf. Made gains while losing weight. Ive come a long way and I hope its accepted nice. How are you doing? I hope you are better. Let me know what going on with you. Thanks for checking.

It feels so good when you get a workout. Also at least you are doing something energetic. Hey whatever works just do it. Glad to hear that bro. I posted some of my calisthenic workouts. Its my new routine combined with weights. Check them out and let me know what you think. Take care bro.

Im sorry Bro. I know how it is to fall off your game due to work. But its in you and you have done so well and come so far and you look great. But you have to work too. Just find a way to something even calisthenics just to keep the body pumped on your breaks. You can work it out. Dont lose your focus. Hang in there bro. BTW: what is muay thai?

Youve done an outstanding job. Looking forward to the next pics. Im getting there. Tried the Ghetto Workout for 2 weeks. It give some major pumps and builds endurance. I will combine the two.
