My goal is to lose 30 lbs by April, and then lose 20 more by June. Then 20 from June thru October.
It's been 20 years since I weighed below 225. I've seen too many transformations for me to doubt my ability to do the same.
I will continue lifting and cardio at least 5 days a week. So many failures and near misses in life - I need to do this for me.
As far as weights go, I don't care the one rep weight, I just want a good healthy bod with a load of self confidence.
After completing my transformation program, 5-6 days a week for 12 weeks, I decided i wanted something different so I started GVT this week. I have never been so pumped. Tonight I did legs and WOW did it burn. I could hardly walk, half-way through the program....
Hello JJ, I been to busy since I came back from vacation to do much of anything with exercise. Of course putting in 60 hrs a week remodeling can be a good workout. Hope your doing good. Thanks for checking on me. I'll be posting pictures soon.
Hey Jeff - Things are in a bit of upheaval lately, but getting back on track. My father in law died week before last and while it was expected, the trip out of town for a week was a bit trying. Did find a gym where we were though and got a week's worth of workouts in and kept the diet fairly clean. You are looking good bro. Things are progressing nicely for you! Keep it going!

thats awesome! Keep it up! You can get down to 210 for sure! remember nutrition determines about 80 to 90% of how your body will look and perform.
