Captain Ahab To achieve your fitness goal eat 5 to 6 small, high protein, low glycemic carb and good fat meals per day (that includes protein shakes), lift weights 3 to 4 times a week and do cardio at least 3 times a week. Continue that for a min. of 12 weeks and you will soon see the bodyfat shrinking and your body transforming. If I can be of any assistance feel free to give me a yell.
