How I Started:
Growing up I was always skinny/scrawny, then I started to grow and became lanky. There was only 1 thing that was going to keep me from looking like a string bean, and that was working out. While I wasn't able to put on "size" at the time, at least I was able to get some definition.
Why I Love It:
What else is there that you can go into it feeling like complete crap, and come out feeling like a God.
How I Stay Motivated:
This website and checking out others transformations (if they can do it, I can do it better)
BB Accomplishments:
putting on 23lbs in muscle/weight in 3 months without gaining any body fat.
Main Goal:Get up to 220 lbs with less than 10% body fat

How are you? I put up new pics vids and fitness assessment results. comment if you like . in answer to your question I have lost a confirmed 3.4 % bf and 15 lbs ... think I am gonna keep cutting
I am the same way with eating . I usual eat huge once a day (at night) and miss other meals cuz I am too busy . I have gotten good with at least three protiens shales a day and water intake though . I need to get consistent , all the diet pieces are there I just don't hit them all every day.... I will look at your blog , thanks for your help. Your awesome!
lift wise I lift 3x's a week and cardio (60 minutes) 2x's a week . I have to be careful if the cardio is to intense I will damage my ankles (they are in rehab as part of my training so lower intensity longer cardio is my deal) my workout is a full body circuit (see my workout tracker for details of 8 exercises 2 sets each for 12-15 reps . I will change my routine next month I am not sure what the trainer has in mind
I eat pretty much clean with the occassional cheat meal (chinese takeout etc). Right now I am cutting so I need to eat less which is easy for me as my food intake is wildly inconsistent. I work 2 jobs and am very busy . I miss breakfast like every day .... :( for a cut thats good but when i start adding mass its gonna be hard to make sure i eat enough. I am shifting to NIckEdge's diet next week (designed by him for me its what he uses to hit bf) so that will accelerate my ripped-ness

I am glad your knowlgeable and successful. I can use all the help I can get :) so you mention that I have the same build and metabolism you USED to have. what do you mean? not offended or nothing just looking for you to clarify wouldn't build and metabolism stay the same and muscle mass change ?
