Let's get too the point. Too much bodyfat. I would like to be leaner and see more definition. I actually think there are some muscles under that fat.

I am 3 weeks into my 12 week transformation. The scale has moved 1 pound, which is a little disappointing. I know, forget the scale! But I see a little more definition...so I continue.

My upper body always responds first. It kind of freaks me out because I start to feel hulkish. I am tall and I have wide shoulders. My legs are stubborn, but as time goes on I will lean them out and I won't feel like such a biggie.

Progress is slow. I am being consistent, eating clean and hitting the training 6X's a week. Just got to push through this part because I usually like to rationize quitting the boring diet right about now.

Yes I do workout in a white bikini...kidding. Little bit of progress. It goes slow, but I have the time and I will keep at it. What else can you do? Quitting is not an option.

Just back from vacation, so no progress, but no backsliding either. In the big picture there is good progress and it will only get better from now on.
