thanks for the comment...keep at that goal, I NEVER thought I would see abs on my bod, but once I put my mind to it, I did it...focus and lots of compound exercises...don't waste time with crunches.

Hope you had a wonderful holiday. To answer the training question. It is going great! I have been adding some mass to various locations over the last 8 weeks. Now I just started removing some of the less than desirable "stuff" the comes with that and BAM...soon a new booty. Well, one can hope anyway...lol.

I live in Austria and it is not the same kind of deal around here...which is why the really good Euro girls go to the US. But you never know. There is a show close by every September, so maybe...
