You are forcing the muscle to immediatly contract again before it has fully relaxed. It's perfect fine to do this. I do it on most if my working sets. Half the time I never "lock out." I fell a greater pump if I do it this way and I make sure to really squeeze the muscle at the harder point of the contraction and I lower it back to the start position very slowly. Usually I take 2-4 seconds to lower the weight. Good stuff Andre! Take Care, -JD

Fats hold a higher caloric count per gram. So you may need to eat less, but everyones different man. I personally do well on a high fat, high protein, low carb diet

Fats play a huge role in your body. They help transport certain vitamins and minerals as well as regulating nerve impulses. You can try bumping up your fats, try it for about 2-3 weeks. If you like the changes then keep in the added fats, if not simply remove them. I like my fats because I seem to feel fuller when eating them.
