I was always that kid in school who nobody wanted to pay any attention to.
I did everything on my own.
Raced freestyle Motocross.
I played football for high school; Running back.
Started "lifting" when I was a sophomore.
Started Bodybuilding October 2008.
NO TURNING BACK!

Hey Joe, sorry about your job. I know that you will find a new one quickly. I am either going to do the Novice MI again or start with the Flint/Mid Michigan show in April. If my contest dieting goes well I may just do a show in early March with a few others from the gym. We shall see. -Jeff

It sounds like your post comp training is continuing to go well! I've been working on adding lean mass and so far so good. I have until Jan 1 to add a bit more before cut time. -Jeff
Do you think that workouts using less than usual weight are worth doing or is it better to take time off from the gym? I tried doing a "light" workout today (and it felt good), but I don't want to prevent progress, either.
A question--Are there good exercises that target the long head of the triceps? The head on the outside of my arm is starting to develop, but the part of the triceps on the other side is not developing as well.
Hi Joe! I was thinking checking on you, you did it first :). This past week was a bit hectic-I was pulled in many directions this week, but I only have two hands (I think you know the feeling). Thankfully, normal conditions have returned :).
