Neck surgery tomorrow (21st), another f*&%in' roadblock!! For 6 weeks i can't lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk!! This SUCKS!!

Started lifting today May 18,09. Can't do legs or cardio yet. I couldn't wait any longer, the pic of my abs sickens me!

I had an ACL reconstruction surgery on 04/09, the surgery went well, but I can't lift weights yet

Surgery went well, I dropped 5lbs. Can't wait to hit the weights.
