How I Started:
After 4 years at university i realized i needed a change because i was gaining the fat i lost years before. I read some transformation articles on BodyBuilding.com and said to myself "you can do it too".
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of muscles working out. And i don't wanna have my old shape anymore
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching Progess made by people here everyday and saying i can make it too.

I'm still taking things easy on it, mostly doing low impact stuff like dancing for lower body.
