it's a new year and i'm hoping to really tone up and add muscle no matter what it takes. so what are your plans? i would really like to know...seeing other people reach their goals makes me want to keep pushing. i have a question...how do you add as much muscle as possible, lean muscle that is and gain strength? i have done the 5x5 but i am sure someone knows a better way. i would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and thank you for reading and any comments you have. I work out alone since i have such a busy schedule, don't get it wrong i still work safe if i need a spot i ask. sometimes finding someone to give me the motivation to get through those last few reps can be a challenge. For me, i find that motivation inside my own gym. When i look around and see extremely overweight people in the gym putting forth the effort to change themselves, when i see females working with weights and not just in the cardio room, and when i see young...
