Workout Program:
Monday-Abs/Chest,for abs i do situps. i do various workouts to hit chest each week.
Tuesday-Legs, leg press, squats, leg extentions.
Wednesday-Abs/Back,for abs i do situps. for back i do the seated row, at my gym we have an uprifgt pecdec so i turn myself around on it so im basicly doing reverse flys. lower back, lat pulldown, i do infront of the head, behind the head and also one where you lie down and only do small movement fronm the chest up about 5cm with the bar, that does the top of the lats and gets a realy good curve on the top of them.
Thursday-Abs/Shoulders, for abs i do situps. i do shoulder press on the smith machine behind the head. side laterals, upright row, traps.
Friday-legs, lunges, leg extentions leg curls, calf raises.
