i just got done with the wheelchair nationals in florida 3 weeks ago. im preparing for the usa championships on june 27 in new orleans...its kinda tough i never prepared back to back for competitions

hey patrick...i have a question? i am gonna be going to the nationals solo, so there wont be anybody to help me throw on my dream tan that i like to put. do they provide someone to help you out with those type of things or you gotta do it yourself? thanks

whats up chief, i just been relaxin and just tryin to gain some mass, but my next goal is the wheelchair nationals in march so ill start gettin back into it next week, this week im just gonna plan my plan of attack, im basically just gonna maintain thru the holidays then pick it up after the new year. whats been up with you chief?
