Getting stronger and doing everything 100% naturally...

Cleared "medically" to resume training at 100%!!!

To stay lean all year round and slowly add lean, fat free mass to my frame.

I want to get into fitness modelling pack on some lean muscle and get my bodyfat down to 6-7%.

To try and compete in a PL contest once and do good heh.

Be on the cover of any fitness magazine

I want to be totally shredded by April 24, 2010 and win first place in my Masters Over 50 Class. I'd like to place in the upper 3rd in my weight class.

My goal is to get bigger each year and compete with the best and become one of the best

AS OF RIGHT NOW I WILL WIN THE DEXTER JACKSON CLASSIC IN MY DIVISION IN JACKSONVILLE, FL IN BOTH THE LIGHTWEIGHT JUNIOR AND NOVICE DIVISIONS NATURALLY!!!
