It's actually going really well. Just got done training arms and legs. I'm a little sore but it's all good. How's it going with you?

I always take it slow and lately I haven't been seeing any major progress as I would like to see. All we gotta do is hope for the best.

Training's going great. Seeing a little bit of progress. It's gradual, but I'm still losing weight and putting on muscle.

I hate squats too. that's why i don't do them because i have a bad knee and if i pop it while i do squats, i'm pretty much screwed.
