Cool. As far as resolutions...I have to get in better shape for the program I am aspiring to take on in the Navy. It involves more calisthenics and cardio conditioning than weight training which means I have to switch it up to the way I used to do it during the track days. And of course, learn fom the past and do things better in the New Year!!! How about you...got any resolutions?
