I've start because at this time i was not very in shape ... I was about 205 pound and 5 feet and 7 inch of fat ... that's not very well... so I started work out
Why I Love It:
They don't have nothing like the feeling after a very intense workout ... I love this feeling
How I Stay Motivated:
the thing who motivated me ..that's not hard... that's when I see that he have progression and improvement
