When I Started:
Jun, 2002
How I Started:
I joined the AF in '02 and went to Eglin AFB for a year's worth of training. I met a trainer at the base gym and he got me hooked on weights in a matter of weeks.
Why I Love It:
I love the transformation process - physically and mentally. I also love to conquer a challenge...squatting more, doing pull-ups unassisted, etc.
How I Stay Motivated:
Fitness and health are very important to me. I am a gym rat, the motivation to go is almost always there. I always have my nose in a fitness mag or book, they help keep my workouts fresh and keep me from getting bored.
BB Accomplishments:
No major accomplishments yet, but hopefully I'll be a CPT soon! I love getting people excited about fitness, whether it's weight lifting, running, or rock climbing!

So, my goal for when I get back from the states is to get my personal trainer certification...but I really need a fitness goal. I'm not sure if a fitness competition is something I'm even remotely ready to tackle, but I need something to work towards that's tangible. I mean, just to...
