When I Started: Jun, 2002
How I Started: I joined the AF in '02 and went to Eglin AFB for a year's worth of training. I met a trainer at the base gym and he got me hooked on weights in a matter of weeks.
Why I Love It: I love the transformation process - physically and mentally. I also love to conquer a challenge...squatting more, doing pull-ups unassisted, etc.
How I Stay Motivated: Fitness and health are very important to me. I am a gym rat, the motivation to go is almost always there. I always have my nose in a fitness mag or book, they help keep my workouts fresh and keep me from getting bored.
BB Accomplishments: No major accomplishments yet, but hopefully I'll be a CPT soon! I love getting people excited about fitness, whether it's weight lifting, running, or rock climbing!

Goal (Long): I've been fairly active my entire life, but when I joined the military I was introduced to the world of weight training. I've been hooked since 2002. I'm on deployment in Iraq at the moment so I'm using any and all free time I have to study for the personal trainer exam and bust my ass in the gym! Right now I'm focusing on getting strong and tight!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb

i just wanted to say you look great. I was wondering about that explode stuff with the protein. I dont want to gain a whole bunch of muscle I just want to tone. Did that stuff make you all big?
