I want to transform my body by adding more lean upper body muscle while losing 20-25 pounds and trimming 10-15% body fat.
Goal (Long):
I moved to California years ago to pursue an acting career. I've noticed that I've always held myself back from pursuing certain goals if I had gained weight or wasn't in particularly good shape. Working actors in film & TV that are around my age and in great shape are a direct competion for roles and will always get cast over me if I don't do something about it. Even lately I've noticed that my mood has not been great and I feel that it's directly related to my weight/health. THE TIME FOR ACTION IS NOW!
My ideal goal weight would be 180 pounds with 15-17% body fat. I want to build lean upper body muscle so that my shoulders, arms and chest are defined and it's even noticable under a shirt.
