Just by knowing how I used to look and felt a few months ago ... it's like night and day. Also, I have a few goals I want to accomplish this year: half-marathon (end of 2011?), Warrior Dash - Carolinas (Aug 2011), and, of course, to reach that point where I look and feel strong. Oh, and to get my darn bodyfat DOWN!!

Jannah Thanks, Jim!! I really like my long term gym, Planet Fitness. It has so much more room to spread out and do everything I need to do, plus the management is great. Anytime is a lifter's gym and I really like the vibe, but it's cramped and they're shy on mirrors in there. Their equipment is posh though. I'm waffling for the moment but will likely keep Planet Fitness in the end. Feb 15, 2012 10:42pm
