How I Started:
Decided that I was bored of the way I looked and wanted to change my look. I have to stay fit in the ARMY and since I'm deployed I get bored easily.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel alive and I love to make goals that I accomplish. It makes me happy to be able to out lift my friends. It keeps me sane!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by just looking at where I am and what I do for a career. I am a hero to many.
BB Accomplishments:
To stay and be healthier than I was. To have that body that I have always wanted.
