Thanks, I will do my best...I have to keep at it now though..you are my new hero! 50 years old and YOKED..GDamn. My goal was to be in the best shape of my life when I left the Corps, now it is to continue until I reach at least 50.
I know a shit load of Marine captains that are pilots, they are not as cool as that guy...lol
