i have been attending the gym 3 days a week for the past 7 months and i have experienced alot of changes in this time. i have gained 7 kilos in this time and my bodyfat has dropped alot. i have limited my cardio training because i find that i lose to much weight when i begin running. ...
Well progress is slowly coming. I just finished finals and so i didn't do much during those weeks. I'm now slowly getting back into it. Sorry to hear about the shoulder thing. Hopefully it will get better.
Great job in the pool. BF way down, small waist, solid lats, broad shoulders and good arms. Put as much effort with the lifts later and you'll definitely add on serious muscle and definition. Andre
well, you want to eat "clean"... try not to add things... i stick to the basics..chicken, groundbeef, tuna, eggs, rice, potatos, oatmeal.................. as for cal's ..i take about 4100 right now... comp i take 3000...
