I want to get back in my routine, really pick up the cardio and lean out, drop some unwanted weight and add the beef!
Goal (Long):
I've really been putting off getting my ass back in shape, no more excuses!!, I'm gonna get back in my routine so deep a John Deere won't be able to pull me out. I want to gain in all areas, set up cardio at least 2 days a week, eat healthier, and just feel better.
Well, I 've gotten out of my grove, I recently bought a house and then my computer crashed, I've not worked out in several weeks, but I'm almost ready to get back at it. I'm looking forward to it!
Wow that sucks you got extended, I know a ton of people that got stop lossed. I couldn't imagine how I would feel if I got pushed over contract to come back to this hell hole. I won't be back until October, so unfortunetly I'll miss the entire summer =P I prefer the winter tho so it's ok. These 15 month deployments are a huge bummer. I'm stationed at a 'speck on the map' called FOB Normandy. I don't think many people have heard of it. Take care!
Actually they are getting better. I went out and bought an ab type thingy and a chin up bar. They are getting easier. Great pic by the way, which one is you? Never mind, seen it.
you are too sweet! I'm jealous of all the guns you get to shoot....too bad you have to be at war to do fun stuff like that (i luv shooting). Be safe and thanx for defending our country!
Hey, Thanks! I've got about 2 1/2 months left out of a 15 month tour.. i'm clawing at the walls to get out of here! I'm sure you can relate. I'm north of Bahgdad at a really small fob. Working out is about the only thing that keeps me sane. How long were you in?
Well, at the current time on track. Lifting is finally starting to take shape, running is good as always. I want to have very defined abs, any suggestions? I am having a hard time with sit ups and push ups, hate them both and they will both be a part of my testing.
Maybe you could give me weight lifting advice since you were in the Army, lol. I have a real problem with that part. Stay in touch, it's not everyday that I hear from anyone from my area.
