To get back in shape, like I was before I got out of the Army and then some.
Goal (Long):
I want to be bigger,I want to look like I care about myself, give respect and receive it without saying a word.I don't want to look like a average person, I want to crawl under a bar of 300 lbs and knock out 10 reps, not because I can but because I want to.
Well, I've gotten a little behind on my blog, been pretty busy at work, but I'm on my last week of month 2. I started taking creatine around half way of month 2, I still have'nt started any cardio but I am this week. I'm still drinking plenty of water, Month 3 I finally get to split my routine...
Well, at the current time on track. Lifting is finally starting to take shape, running is good as always. I want to have very defined abs, any suggestions? I am having a hard time with sit ups and push ups, hate them both and they will both be a part of my testing.
Maybe you could give me weight lifting advice since you were in the Army, lol. I have a real problem with that part. Stay in touch, it's not everyday that I hear from anyone from my area.
red cross can no longer help when it comes to deployment. everything is hush hush now since the Patriotism Act. I just worry because he us assigned to recon as far as I can tell
