How many days per week do you lift weights?

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I do 13 reps and 4 sets. I really don't now why it was told to me that way and I'm still doing it like that.

how was ur soccer game?? i had an awesome weekend..the weather was so great was even able to go to a bon fire party on saturday which is usually unheard of up here in november!!

thanks..i am a social worker..mainly working with kids that get in trouble!! but we r hiring another staff so it was interview after interview yesterday and have i think one more today!!
