I realized that I really needed to lose some weight. It's manifested into something way more than just losing weight.
Why I Love It:
It has created many positive changes in my life. I ran the Army 10-Miler last week. I would have NEVER thought I could run 10 miles and in under 2 hours!
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a pair of 'goal' jeans. When I get lazy, I try to squeeze into them and/or notice how better they fit than the month prior.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing almost 30lbs and running in numerous 5ks, 10ks, and a 10-miler.
I've lost almost 30lbs, but even though I'm smaller, I'm still slightly 'flubby'. I would love to cut down on my cardio and lift weights to improve the overall 'tone' of my body. Since losing weight, my butt has gotten pretty small and my husband keeps warning me about 'flat butt'. I would love to raise and make it bigger with muscle! Oh, and to stop smoking.
Just look at her! She's fabulous and said that she doesn't enjoy working out, but does because she loves to be fit! Finally, someone who says they hate working out, but keeps amazing motivation!
So, even though I've lost weight and I continue to run, I can't seem to get my stomach firm. It's semi flat and smaller, but it has not changed in firmness. I decided to look into lipo while waiting for my sister to get done with her breast augmentation. The nurse took me into an office for...
Burning Man is definitely where it is at. I took up fire spinning and that helps a little but I really need to pump iron and get in shape for next year.
No pic because ... well, it's a long story. I'll put a pic when i start my transformation. I had actually had to star in september. The problem is that when i went to my gym (to subscribe) i learnt it cost soooooo much. I'll never be able to afford this. Then my transformation is reporterd so as my pic. If you wanna have more details, chek out my bodyblog ;-)
I think you are looking great, keep up the good work on the transformation...it took me a lot of hard time to get it off and set newer goals!
Stay positive.
