OUCH!

well ive had two days of eating after winning the masters british title, im now 9 days away from the universe, im having psysio for my back and haven't been able to train properly, so not great preparation, but I won't use it as an excuse. I am just worried that my injury will stop me actually competing. Ive worked hard for this and ive a realistic chance of placingh, but if that has to be, i has to be, Im in a strange sort of mind, sane, i doubt it, maybe a little down, but I'll hang in there and hope my back gets better in time

Carbing Up

Ive just seen the dreadful spelling and edited the last post, god was I depleted. but hey folks ive got food in me, okay its not nice food, I like oats to carb up on, so it oats and brown rice, but it feelssssssssssssss so good. Drinking loads of water, so cant go to far away from a toilet. Off work today, so just trying to relax, ive done over 37 comps, but I always feel the nerves before an important comp. Got to go now quickly, this water loading means when you goota go, you gotta go lol

Hi guys, my names Jim, currently im still in diet mode, having won the EPF Maters Brit, im competing at the NAC  British champs on sunday 16th, hopefully I will qualify for the NAC Universe again and I will update as soon as I have competed on sunday. Found a quote I like, it was out of the book " muscle" by Sam Fussel, in  which he likened bodybuilding as the caterpiller stage and competing as the evolving butterfly
