Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
currently lower back, old injury, just need RICE

not using proper form amd too much weight

Ive just seen the dreadful spelling and edited the last post, god was I depleted. but hey folks ive got food in me, okay its not nice food, I like oats to carb up on, so it oats and brown rice, but it feelssssssssssssss so good. Drinking loads of water, so cant go to far away from a toilet....

Hi Jim! Just read the article about you, and have got to say you've built a hell of a body. Any advice on losing body fat? What type of diet works best for you? I seem to have a real hard time getting lower my body fat percentage. Keep up the good work!
