Viewing well-toned physiques of all ages, no matter 16 or 61-- and pride of keeping my personal self trim and healthy.
Why I Love It:
I don't exercise regularly, but in spurts and sprints, but enjoy the physical sensation I get in an overall feeling of well-being.
How I Stay Motivated:
Not sure exactly, but friends and a full-length mirror help, plus a sense of one-life, one-body and each should be cherished and nutured from the gift of self-acceptance.

I love to bike ride, swim; but I hug my bodyball with an almost erotic passion as we struggle and fight to see who stays on top in each match. ha

hey! I am working 6 days a week right now, so I don't have much time to go, but the job I am doing keeps me in great shape! I am still trying my best to keep it up as much as possible though. Are you training at the moment?

JA...cool avi - where's the location? It has been a decadant week of nutella and spending money on the Lancia...dam those italians haha!! I have slightly lost a bit of momentum but will boost it again next week. I have a charity run on next week...no more nutella!
