How I Started:
Viewing well-toned physiques of all ages, no matter 16 or 61-- and pride of keeping my personal self trim and healthy.
Why I Love It:
Slowly realizing that weekly consistency is healthier and more positive than the occasional spurt of mad,explosive energy expended in inconsistent effort.Consequently, I enjoy the physical sensation of well-being deepens exponentially.
How I Stay Motivated:
Not sure exactly, but friends and a full-length mirror help, plus a sense of one-life, one-body and each should be cherished and nutured from the gift of self-acceptance.
BB Accomplishments:
Bike riding and swimming are my two major accomplishments to stay fit. I have a bodyball for cold days, which I give a good working out. Consistency is important and sticking to it despite frequent onslaughts of laziness...sometimes the mind mood is the opponent of the body's willingness to exert itself and you have to let the body floor the mind to the mat. ha

Well i'm hoping to add quite a bit of weight and muscle to get me up around 180lbs at least! then see what i want from there Weightlifting and Fitness seems to be the only thing in both theese days Yeah i'll probably put some new ones up around christmas, think i need to step my game up a notch now.

lol..well I did the Grand Tour of Italy a couple years ago.. exposure to true culture is a great thing..hahaha. Hopefully the Brute will resurface sometime, somewhere!
