When I Started:
How I Started:
I used to be really fat, like 105kgs! And i had little or next to none confidence at all with the girls etc.. knowing about my image problems i decided to do something about it so i hit the gym with very minimal bodybuilding experience, i started training at 105ish kilos going heavy and just on machines my routine was Chest and Biceps everyday lol. Then i stopped with no or minimal gains and got real lazy & then when i left school and got my apprenticeship i got back into it read up and picked up information from everywhere, i dropped 38kilos i had loose skin comming from everywhere ( i wish i had previous photo's ) but yeah i was a rake with minimal muscle mass and then from their i upped my calories tweaking my diet bit by bit and i have put on some quality muscle, day by day i learn something new about bodybuilding, its my lifestyle now and im planning to do this for the rest of my life.. i hope i can give inspiration to others and help them with there goals..
Why I Love It:
i used to do it for the ladies but now its part of my life and im gonna always push myself and stay commited!

I have found the love of my life and we will be getting engaged in about a year and she supports me and my training!
How I Stay Motivated:
I like looking good, i really lacked confidence that was my major problem when i speak to girls but yeah.. its an image thing i used to be fat now i got abs etc.. i just keep consitent and push myself ... i also find it funny when people think your on steroids.. it makes me feel like im doing something right.
BB Accomplishments:
from a fat lard to someone that looks like they can do some damage on stage.

a true bodybuilder must understand his own body to reach his full potential.

You could ask 50 gymrats the same question about training and 50 gymrats will give you a different answer. Because everyones body is different. No matter what the magazines or the know it all personal trainers...

Looks pretty similar to my leg day. I suck at front squats though and plan to work on my form this coming off season. Thanks for the tips!

Got the opposite problem (rears are ok, front delts still need work) - will work on them - hopefully that'll help improve my bench press poundage too.

From the avi looks like you've got no problems with your arms or delts (agreed about staying lean - still bulking and not going to be long before my abs have disappeared completely...will get them back though).

Tend to all out bulk, but find that the core strength I need for squats and deads usually makes the abs sore the next day.

That's all you can (I'm bulking again and abs are fading, but got to be done to put on size).
