I used to be really fat, like 100kgs! And i had no confidence at all with the girls etc knowing about my image problems so i hit the gym with know bodybuilding experience at all.. So i started training at 100kilos going heavy and just on machines my routine was Chest and Biceps everyday lol. Then i stopped with no or minimal gains and got real lazy & then when i left school and got my apprenticeship i got back into it read up and picked up information from everywhere i dropped 38kilos i had loose skin comming from everywhere ( i wish i had previous photo's ) but yeah i was a rake with minimal muscle gains and then from thier i upped my calories tweaking my diet bit by bit and ive put on some quality muscle !
Why I Love It:
i used to do it for the girls but now its part of my life and im gonna always push myself and stay commited!
How I Stay Motivated:
I like looking good, i lack confidence thats my major problem when i speak to girls but yeah.. its an image thing i used to be fat now i got abs etc.. i just keep consitent and push myself .. and ofcourse the comments from ur friends etc.. ahah ARE U ON THE ROIDS BRO? love that one! peace.

Im currently bulking on a 4-5 day split, High volume, Mod intensity, rep range is 6-12 i mainly hit the 8-10 range tho
Chest/Tris, Legs, Delts/Tris, Back/Traps
And every 2nd week i train an extra day doing a circuit type routine.. pick an exercise for each bodypart and supersetting them...

hey man, im in a similar position that you were in. No confidence, and pretty fat. 240 pounds. Could u recommend me some exersizes, foods, routines that u used to loose the fat.
