How I Started:
When I joined karate at age 14 I started to think about fitness alot more... at 18 I started to bodybuild.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about it, the pump, the way I feel after, during etc. Its all good!! And the mental focus it helps me achieve daily.
How I Stay Motivated:
I lose weight easily... when I notice, then I do everything I can to pack it back on!

Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
70-90 % of max at intervals. This is the most efficient way for me to train my cardio without spending too much time or long distance running.

ya, its a long slow road back, but I am trying to be patient while slowly pushing myself more and more... its only my 2nd week back, so I have to be patient with seeing results, u know?
