Reason: Even though he is a hell of a lot older than me, this guy is ripped. And for his comp he trained like hell. And what happened when he trained, he got a 1st place vic!!! Damn this is awesome, he gives me motivation to bust my ass everyday for aug 22!!!!! I mean do y'all see this guy. Just jacked!!!

Reason: You don't have to be 6+ ft or weigh a quarter ton to build a physique that demands attention, a great example of natural light weight bodybuilding.
