"The MASH was a great time!!!!!!!- got 4th place in the lights and I am pleased.... the competition was really TUFF...so was nice to see how I fare against a larger class..... now working to do the Buckeye on 4/17 and then the TriState on May 5/15/9.."

2009 NATURAL BUCKEYE CLASSIC - took 1st place in Mens Open Light Weight.. this show was awesome HIGHLY recommend it in 2010 if you are thinking of competing!

this where I am at end of 11 weeks - overall happy with size added with minimal fat gain - weight is 165 here
