the PUMP the feeling - The looks

Well the time has come when I feel I am ready to compete in my 1st show ever... well mentaly I am ready , physically I still have major work ahead of myself. There is so much to learn and understand in the process of trying to absorb as much info as I can without getting overloaded and to get...
I figure if I need to pick up on my running time I could always put a steak in my pocket and have my beautiful red nose pitbull chase me lol. That is my girl love her to death.
The fun part was crawling throw a 20yrd tube then 20push up 20 sit up then run a 100yard again to and back pick the dummy of the hood of the car drag it again 50 feet.my time was 6:40. We had about ten officer trying out for it my team so I hope that time is good or there is always next year.
It was tuff we had to get on of a sheriff car then run a 100yrds up field then back to the car and get a 150lbs dummy out drag it 50 feet then run up and down steps three times, then push a 50lb door then do 20 push up and 20 sit up and then run up and down the steps three time again.
Thanks for the compliment, I will be doing a show in April and then again on May 8th, the NGA Heart of America in Peoria, Illinois. Will be trying to win the overall in novice as well as an open class title.
Yeah! Weighing 188lb at the moment... so you imagine i don't really look as lean as in the avi... but that'll come after the cut!
Glad i proved myself i can gain some weight, even if it's not all lean!
Holy crap, man.
I just saw your Monster Mash photos (I think that was the contest). You REALLY know how to lean out. Major definition in your legs. Did you just pig out after you collapsed backstage? ;-] How long were you depleted? Next contest coming up soon?
Cheers!
