Lifting since I was 19, but took about 3 years off and just got back in to it hard and heavy in January of 2006.
Why I Love It:
the PUMP the feeling - The looks
The over all understanding with fellow bodybuilders and getting to know what my body is capable of doing!
I was told that the feeling you get on stage is like no other .. That is an understatement - unless you step on stage you can not describe the feeling of self satisfaction you get!

Seeing progress in areas that lack

My self desire to constantly improve.

Just keeping myself in the gym is one!
Did my 1st show in the spring of 2009- Natural Buckeye Classic. Proved to myself that I could do it!!!.. Now I have the competing bug and look forward to more shows!
2009 NATURAL BUCKEYE CLASSIC - took 1st place in Mens Open Light Weight.. this show was awesome HIGHLY recommend it in 2010 if you are thinking of competing!

Well I think I actually put on muscle by cutting back on training volume (more rest days and less cardio). The posing was just about looking at pictures of myself and seeing what I did wrong when I had no mirror.
Two short weeks man. And that ain't long enuf...but, I'm startin to look at an end game...this is a younger mans bizz. 166? I can't imagine! Dropped to 172 and was week as a kitten, you make it look great though!:)) I'll holla when stateside! Maybe u me and da Monsta can grab a protein shake!? LOL!!
Hey Jim, my prep is coming along VERY well. Today, I woke up feeling extra lean. I am seeing new detail popping, feeling thicker and will be more shredded than ever before. All good!! How are your gains coming? When do you start cutting again for the Mash?
going good up this way, summmer is always harder for some reason, but trying to keep at it. Looking forward to seeing your progress, and hopefully catch u at a show.
