this man never lets anything stop him .. each and every day he is positive and is always willing to give support. Any day I feel i can not do this any more all i need to do is get a message form him and it puts it all back in to perspective.. this man is a true hero!
Well the time has come when I feel I am ready to compete in my 1st show ever... well mentaly I am ready , physically I still have major work ahead of myself. There is so much to learn and understand in the process of trying to absorb as much info as I can without getting overloaded and to get...
Sounds good! Man junk food taste so much better when you get done with a comp...lol 2 shows man you can do it! That's the best way to do it though back to back or at least pretty close.
it all depends on my weight in 6 months cause i want to be at the top of the weight class.. shooting for leight weight its up to 153 1/4lbs. Im at 160 now and probally around 8% or less BF. But we will see what happens in 6 months.
Well thats good to hear...and yeah I'm almost positive I will be doing the tri-state, I can't let myself do just one show after so much effort is put into dieting. Plus, I should improve between the two shows and come in even better.
Well, I miss the crowd going wild and getting photos taken... Lol! And people being proud :P but I'ma use this off-season wisely... I love how competing takes your training to another level, if anyone is serious about training they should compete. Agreed?
congrats man!! i bet you are pumped for the next show!! wish i was there to see you in action! my training is going great. just getting bigger here. hehe
thanks man, im aiming to do cardio 5 days a week for 40-50mins on empty stomic in morning. and diet has been high in protein and low card and fats, am i doing it right?
