Lifting since I was 19, but took about 3 years off and just got back in to it hard and heavy in January of 2006.

yes it is rough posing dude.it definitly is alot harder than lifting the weight in the gym? and my flexiabilty isnt real good since i have put on size. but like you said..practice is the only way to know your looking your best without the mirror in frt of you.

i am shooting for a comp this fall but i want to get to 200lbs but that means a hell of alot more work for me to do for that to happen but then i think ill cut back to 190 or so.

Hey Big Jim (and getting bigger). Things going well. Strength levels are on the rise. Here are my stats. 225lbs for 4 on Bench, 185lbs for 5 on incline bench, 245lbs for 5 on BB Rows, 203lbs for 3 on Smith Shoulder Press, 275lbs for 3 on shrugs, 405lbs for 5 on squats, 315lbs for 5 on deadlifts, 110lbs for 3 on curls and 70lbs (265 total) on Dips. Weight is up to 197lbs and chest has swelled up to 46in -T
