Not too bad as well mate, im doing muay thai with alot of boxing incoporated in it. Im training for a ameture boxing match for later on in the year. Soo really need to get my fitness back. I read you do wrestling, I would have loved to do that but UK sucks they don't do it here.

That's great, my workouts have been going really good. I think I strained my deltoid muscle a lil bit so I will be focusing on cardio, legs, and abs for a wk or two. Happy Training :) Amber

I'm 5'2, little pocket sized, and for that, I hate the word cute x.x lol. p90x is a 90 day home fitness program that is designed to get incredible results and build strength through muscle confusion. Its going to be hard, but I am up for the challenge. Its my summer goal! Summer is a great time to pick up the activities we don't have time for in the work year!
