follow ketosis diet(dave palumbos) for ten to 16 weeks. then evaluate what i look like and decide if i want to do a show in the summer. after which i would start bulking until 16-20 weeks out before that show.

Add more mass to upper pecs, arms, rear delts and rhomboids. Over the next 18 months I'm aiming to increase my overall bodyweight to 235-245 pounds and under 10% BF. I think that will put me over the top from an athletic build into more of a bodybuil
