What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I like to take No-Xplode or drink a cup of coffee to get a serge of energy for an intense workout.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Pros: Unlimited amount of equipment.

Cons: Too many buddies that like to talk so I just have to keep my hat pulled down and headphones on.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Look for a gym that has realistic rates and hours of opperation. Avoid gyms that do not maintain or update their equipment.
