Jeff, the guys I find truly inspirational are those who have overcome physical adversity or chronic conditions while building a great body. You, my friend, are too amazing for words. Your son must be proud. Jim

Man, you almost dont look like yourself at all when you bulk. Even your facial features change. Your thighs are massive when you bulk, but all in all, being ripped suits you best. What do those close to you think about you bulked up?

You've done a great job of turning yourself around. You cant keep 30 from coming, but you're doing the right things. Body looks fantastic, but no leg photos. You sure brought those abs out, too. Sound like you are a helluva partier. Next time, take a buddy who can catch you before you hit the ground.

As a trainer, your body alone will provide all the motivation that anyone could need to accomplish his physical goals. Wish I lived in your area.

Are you serious about your progress from May 1 to July 11? In just 10 weeks you accomplished all that? Not because you're a chemist, but that transformation rivals Jeckel and Hyde or perhaps the Nutty Professor. ;)

I dont intend to waste your time, but I was wondering how you caught the cancer early enough to contain it so well. I've only known two people who had kidney cancer and neither were so fortunate.

Russ, your body is clearly a work of art. Every complement used on Bodyspace applies to you. I hope you dont mind if I say that anymore "improvement" could actually detract from the beauty of your physique. Just my opinion.
