Background

When I Started: Jun 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I was always into sports like rowing and running that involve liftin weights...well liftin suits me better so i decided to make it my primary hobby....the rest is history

WHY I LOVE IT:

Bcause i love being healthy.the way my body looks after putting a lot of effort and the fact that i can protect myself from people who try to hurt me for no reason!

My HIT Routine Decision

So yeah,after workin on and perfecting my volume routine for about a year or longer i feel extremely overtrained and gains stopped and at a point decreased,even though nutrition and rest were more than ok.So i bought two books of Mentzer about High Intensity Training.So for the next weeks im following the HIT routine since it involves more rest days.I hope it will work for me so that i can get back to the road of progress and muscle gains.However,i still dont know how to incorporate cardio to the HIT routine.Im sure though that Mentzer makes a point about it and haven't read it yet.Im excited...
