How I Started:
I am no stranger to working out, I was in the High School weight room for softball, basketball, and volleyball conditioning throughout the years.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy I get from it, I love how I know I'm not one of those people who complain about their bodies but dont do anything about it. I love that my night owl self will get up before work to improve myself. Best of all, I love intimidating the men (and women) on the softball field. ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
I see results, and I know if I skip on training that it will be that much longer before I see the ultimate result.

This is my working buddy, "Finky".  He/She is an Ornate Horned Frog, basically a stomach with a mouth.  His tank sits on my desk at work, the plants are all real, even the moss, but the skull is fake (aquarium decor).  His diet is the cleanest ever, just crickets, supplemented with calcium...
