Born to a very Jamaican family and married to a beautiful Jamaican woman I can say I'm truely blessed. Over the Easter weekend I let it get a bit to far. As you can see by my weight tracker I managed to gain 12lbs in a pretty short period of time.

Easter is when we celebrate the death...

right now I am just mainly doing Weight Loss Training Only (Cardio / Diet) so far its working for me allot.. many people dont do weight loss training..all they want to do is hit the weights 1st.. they should loss the weight 1st
