Yeah I made that mistake too about a year ago, lol. But normal meals, no need to change anything. Whatever your meal plan is like, just throw some cardio in between two of those meals, preferably at a different time of day than the weight training, and your good to go!

Thank Aaron! Training with Cordova has already exceeded the expectations that I had, and it's only been two weeks! Great things to come in a couple months! :D MT is still in the process but is still not guaranteed. How are things on your end?

I'm waiting on a 2010 schedule to be posted with the OCB, then I may need 6 months because I am hiring Layne to do my prep and he wants a 6 month notice from the date of the show. So right now I'm just growing into next year! :)

They are flexed but generally you are supposed to post your arms unflexed, which mine would be 14.5". But in bodybuilding they always seem to post flexed arm measurements so I do the same.

Low volume and heavy weight military presses of any variation you can think of, heavy side laterals as well. Heavy barbell bench pressing on chest days and heavy rows on back days.

I'll be competing in the OCB early next year. Just kind of getting in that mindset of wanting to go out and compete. Pretty much prepping for it now in a way, I will be 100% ready next year.
