How I Started:
I always lifted in high school. Through college, I never picked up a weight. 2 years ago a friend got me lifting again. I dropped 36 pounds & gained a lot of strength. I started focusing on strength training more than fitness. That turned into my downfall. I lost focus & motivation, then I quit. But, this time, there is no turning back!
Why I Love It:
I feel so much better. I have tons more energy & it really boost my self-confidence by just knowing I am doing something to better my overall health.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at the fit, healthy people at the gym & hoping that 1 day, people will be looking at me the same way.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm not into shows or posing... I have benched 415 on the flat bench & 510 on the incline bench.

So far I cannot complain about the efforts of losing weight & getting my butt into shape.

It's not eaesy getting up this early everyday to go do cardio, but I do find myself feeling much more energetic throughout the day. The dieting is going well. I have now lost a total of 9.5...

Way to go. I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. Continually challenge yourself. Combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish. All the best for '08.

Yeah...some people at my gym use the NO Explode. I tend to stick with ISS Products. Satur8 is what I use for energy. But what about your diet? How's that coming along?
