thats whats up man.. u well on ya way.. killed it homie! im good just gettin big stayin n shape.. i gained about 4 lbs so far i wanna be a 200lb saftey im like 196 right now... i gotta put on weight kinda slow to save my speed cuz thats my advantage....
Well you already gained 5 pounds on 4,500 calories so I recamend try gettin 5,000 and let me know how it work's for you and keep paying attention to your calories after you reach 160 lbs cuz you may need a certain amount of calories to maintain your weight at 160 lbs
Well calories aren't the only thing that help you bulk up you also need the rite amount of protein try to get at least 1.5 grams of protein per pound of your weight so for ex. if your 200 lbs you gotta take in 300 grams of protein. As for your amount of Calories try to reach about 5000 calories a day but make sure they are good calories and try to stay away from alot of fats and sugers cuz that will bulk you up but not in muscle only in fat. How much has your Caloric intake bin so far?
