How I Started:
Was looking for a new challenge in life! I had played sports up through college and in not being able to do that anymore I started researching other things, and I had always lifted for sports so this seemed like a good challenge to undertake. I just couldn't handle not having something to work towards to challenge myself.
Why I Love It:
There is not better feeling than the one you have after a hard workout.
It gives you a great sence of accomplishment testing your bodies limits.
How I Stay Motivated:
For the most part I am very self motivated. But I also have pictures in front of me always of what I want to accomplish, and reading motivational material helps as well, and just staying focused on your goal and for me I hate for people to better at me in things so other people tend to motivate me as well.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed in my first figure competition this April 2009.
Becasue of his dedication to himself and others to being the best he can be. Thanks for helping me as well with everything! You are a true blessing and I am so excited to have had the opportunity to train with you and now workout with you. I could think of a better partner! You ispire me to keep pushing through everyday!

Just wanted to let you know that you look amazing. The gym that lift at has at least two women that will be competing in the same show. I think you will beat them you are gorgeous. I will not be in the show at the Monster Mash but i will be there to watch. I havnt competed since 1990, i am holding out for Mr. Cincinnatti in 2010 maybe i see you there. Good luck you definately are 1st place in my eyes.
