How I Started:
Was looking for a new challenge in life! I had played sports up through college and in not being able to do that anymore I started researching other things, and I had always lifted for sports so this seemed like a good challenge to undertake. I just couldn't handle not having something to work towards to challenge myself.
Why I Love It:
There is not better feeling than the one you have after a hard workout. It gives you a great sence of accomplishment testing your bodies limits.
How I Stay Motivated:
For the most part I am very self motivated. But I also have pictures in front of me always of what I want to accomplish, and reading motivational material helps as well, and just staying focused on your goal and for me I hate for people to better at me in things so other people tend to motivate me as well.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed in my first figure competition this April 2009.

yea for sure and say hi - LOL as long as we can see straight from lack of carbs.. i so will have candy in my cooler-LOL.. I stated working with a guy that competes as well and has killed it - so he is helping dial it all in..gonna be a great time :)

Just wanted to let you know that you look amazing. The gym that lift at has at least two women that will be competing in the same show. I think you will beat them you are gorgeous. I will not be in the show at the Monster Mash but i will be there to watch. I havnt competed since 1990, i am holding out for Mr. Cincinnatti in 2010 maybe i see you there. Good luck you definately are 1st place in my eyes.
